Shipping Policy: Frozen Quail and Eggs
Shipping now available to most states!
All feeder quail/egg orders are shipped out on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Frozen quail/egg orders can be picked up locally (Ridgeville, SC) or at various reptile expos in SC, NC, GA and FL.
If you choose EXPO PICKUP: All frozen quail / egg orders must be placed by 10pm (est) that THURSDAY before the selected show dates. Orders placed AFTER THURSDAY nights for that weekend's show CANNOT be filled for pickup, as we leave early Friday mornings.

Return & Exchange Policy: Frozen Quail; Balut, Hatching, and Infertile Eggs
Due to biosecurity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on frozen quail, balut eggs, infertile eggs or hatching eggs.
Please be double check your feeder sizing needs and shipping address before placing an order.
If you are unsure what size feeder quail you need, we encourage you to try one of our sample packs.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at whatthequailfarms@gmail.com within 12hrs of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy: Apparel
All of our apparel is made and shipped by a third party company (Printful) so we cannot offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at whatthequailfarms@gmail.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at whatthequailfarms@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll forward the information to Printful.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll have Printful send you a new one, or issue a refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, Printful can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing an order.
